Our service includes complex delivery of all parts destined to conversion, upgrades, varnishing or assembling. |
Personal delivery to the address determined by the client's request

The parts will be delivered at your expense via postal or shipping companies like DHL and you can choose from various payment methods like bank transfer, PayPal and cash on delivery service of DHL Germany (for Germany and Austria). We deliver the parts to Germany and Austria by our transporter at least twice weekly. By orders over 500 Euros from Germany and Austria the goods will be delivered for free. The shipping into other countries (via forwarding companies: DHL and others) will take place after individual price agreement. The shipping costs will be borne by customers. After making an earlier appointment the parts can be also picked up directly from our stockroom. |

Please send us a list with required parts (if possible please with spare part numbers) and pictures showing car damages. General Conditions |
- Every customer is obliged at the moment of ordering to become acquainted with our Service Regulations.
- The prices of all products available in our shop include VAT (gross prices). The net prices don't include the VAT.
- The selling offer presented on our website Teile.pl does not constitute the storage inventory of our shop.
- Teile.pl reserves the right to withdraw some products from sale.
- Teile.pl is committed to protecting Your privacy and this sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. Any information will be divulged to any third party.

Order Accomplishment |
- It is essential for starting the order procces to fill in the form in Basket completely and truthfully or send us the order by fax or e-mail.
- The purchase orders will be realised both at home and abroad.
- The shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser. However by orders over 500 Euros from Germany and Austria the goods will be delivered for free.
- The Purchaser acquires the right to choose the method of payment according to the form.
- The delivery period shall commence from the date of the receipt of order to the moment of sending on the merchandise to the forwarding company / delivery.
- Teile.pl reserves the right to realise the orders in separate consigments after earlier agreement with the Purchaser and his confirmation made in writing (E-mail or fax) or via phone.
- The Purchaser has the right after discharge to verify the package contents in the presence of the supplier.
- Online-Shop reserves the right to retract from following order processes of customers, who return the ordered merchandises without stating any reason.

Cancellation of a contract |
- The Purchaser acquires the right to withdrawn from the contract of purchase within ten days of delivery according to the Act dated 2 March 2000 (Dz. U. z 2000 r. Nr 2 poz. 271). The cancellation will be effective, if the purchaser returns the item immediately to Teile.pl in unused condition (sealed, genuine packing). In this case the shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.
- This right to withdraw from a contract is not valid, when the goods have been purchased by a company or in case the item is a custom-made product or special order (like car polstery parts, bulbs or electronic parts).
In order to withdraw from contract made by means of distance communication the Purchaser is obliged to return the ordered product together with received specificafion, receipt or invoice and filled out statement of contract cancellation - Statement.

Return Policy and Complaints |
- Note that there will be no refunds for shipping charges by product return.
- The packages sent to us on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
- In case the delivered package turns out to be damaged or previous opened a damage survey protocol shall be drawn up in the presence of the supplier or at the post office. Thereby shall the Purchaser forgo acceptance of the package.
- Teile.pl provides refunds in amounts equal to the prices of the products. The money will be transfered on bank account given by the customer or there will be sent a postal order to the address given in the order. There will not be any refunds for shipping charges.
- In case of return in order to exchange a product for other one we would like to ask You to sent to Teile.pl an earlier information (E-mail or fax). The Purchaser shall send us the product within ten days together with received specificafion, receipt or invoice and filled out 'Merchandise Exchange Form' - Form.
- The charges resulting from the return will be refunded after sending off the product and our acceptance of Your complaint. A damaged merchandise will be exchanged for other one of full value and in case it will not be possible (e.g. because of product edition being out of stock) Teile.pl will pay the Purchaser the equivalent amount of the product value or offer him other merchandises available in the shop.
- The complaints related to mechanical damages occured during transport will be considered only after drawing up a damage survey protocol in the presence of the supplier.
